Advantages
1.Adopting biological & electrochemical theory, aerobic catalyst promotes aerobic sludge granulation under changing any equipment,structure or technical process. It can achieve the purpose of low-cost, higher efficient sewage purification.
2.After aerobic treatment, both COD and TN removal rate are above 95%, TP removal rate reaches 99% or more.

1.Aerobic granule sludge has the properties of better precipitation and higher biomass, so it can solve inherent problem of conventional activated sludge.
2.EPS serves as the bio-film for formation and stabilization of higher polymer stickum, which come from extracellular of microorganism.
3.During the process of the formation of aerobic granule sludge, extracellular protein content increased two times of its initial amount or more.
4.After aerobic sludge granulation, hydrophobicity of sludge surface increased from 43.2% to 78.2%.
5.After aerobic sludge granulation, electronegativity of sludge surface decreased ½. Zeta potential of conventional activated sludge and granule sludge are -28.8 mv and -13.2 mv respectively.

Working principle
1.multiple bacteria mechanism
Aerobic catalyst promotes the formation of granule sludge and ensures its initial anaerobic enviroment. So anaerobic can survive. At the same time, filamentous fungus bridges, aerobic and facultative form polymer, which secretions form biofilm outside of the granule. In the same reactor, both biologic working of anaerobic bacteria, aerobic bacteria and physico-chemical effect of biofilm. Multiple working mechanism improves microbial digestion ability to contaminants.
2.microelectrolysis mechanism
Aerobic catalyst is fine grains, which formed by nonmetallic and metallic element. Fine gains have various quantities of positive charge, which have a certain degree of adsorption. When pollutants and grain was in a certain distance, positive charge of grain made changes their normal state of electronic shell and sub-electronic shell on pollutants. So it is advantages to anaerobic ,facultative and aerobic bacteria group for pollutant digestion. Thereby improving removal efficiency of COD.
3.Atomic oxygen mechanism
Under the role of force (such as aeration, water flow ), some grain (microorganism battery) inside the granule made irregular series and parallel, then foamed current loop. Once discharge capacity increased to a certain extent, water can be electrolyzed to hydrogen & oxygen (it was atomic state when oxygen generated). Oxygen atom is strong oxidized, at the same time, biological microelectrolysis effects occurs, to achieve the digestion of COD, TN, TP effectively.
