Z29 series vibrating table is designed for sand mold without binder or sand mold with binder but with better liquidity. Linear force produced by Reverse synchronization operation of vibration motor is passed to template, flask and sand mold through working table. In this situation, the vibrating table is in high frequency and low amplitude vibration. Sand mold is in relative movement due to the vibration acceleration to get the compacted and even sand mold. To solve the problem of same air box height with different flask/sand box height when in sand adding, so the vibrating table can use the hydraulic devices to achieve lifting.
