Usage
 

This upward continuous casting system is used to produce High conductivity and Extensibility, electrical cable materials; This upward continuous casting system can directly produce high-elongation copper rods, copper tubes, flat copper rods and other shapes bright oxygen-free copper products from cathode copper/scrap copper.

Craftwork Flow

 

Cathode/Scrap copper→melting furnace→transition room(Remove oxygen)→holding furnace→casting machine (crystallizer to the rod) →Traction to upcast rod→ take-up systerm → Sale the rod or Further process to other products.

 

Put the cathode copper or scrap copper into the melting furnace through a crane or hydraulic baler and melt it into liquid copper. (At this time, a carbon cover, deoxidation and isolation of oxygen are required. When the copper liquid enters the transition chamber (at this time, it also needs to be covered with charcoal for deoxidation). The main purpose is to isolate oxygen), the deoxidized copper liquid enters the holding furnace, passes through the crystallizer to form copper rods, and then is cast upward through the casting machine and double traction rollers. The copper rods enter the branch frame so that the copper rods will not be entangled with each other and be neat. They automatically enter the tension frame (the speed is adjustable with variable frequency) and are led to the take-up machine.

The frame of guide rolls is installed above the continuous casting machine. It is consist of platform, support, vertical guide pulley and cylinder. It can lead the copper rod to the every double-head wind machine without disturbance.

There is a speed control device between casting machine and take-up machine to synchronize casting speed and take-up speed with frequency changers.
