YAT is the only international hotel art fair which focus on promoting the new and emerging artists whose age are under 45, and this feature has made us become a distinct contemporary art fair in Asia. YAT has gathered the varieties of contemporary art to Taipei, becoming the voice for young artists and a fresh air for Taipei art scene every year.

YOUNG ART TAIPEI (as known as YAT) is the leading contemporary hotel art fair in Asia that focuses on introducing young talented artists under the age of 45. Together with contemporary art galleries and young talented artists from around the world, YAT has become an important platform for discovering emerging stars in Asian contemporary art market. In spring of 2015, YAT will present yet another exquisite fair for contemporary art at the Sheraton Grande Taipei.

YAT 2009 was first introduced after the financial crisis in 2008. With successful marketing campaigns such as: “YAT x Louis Vuitton Collector Tea Party”, “Young Art Award”, “Graffiti in Eslite Store”, “Affordable Art”, etc., has captured the attentions of experienced domestic collectors and international galleries ever since. To further expand our influence amongst loyal fair supporters and private collectors, this year we are introducing classic events such as “Contemporary Art Forum”, “Introductory Project for Private Collectors”, "YOUNG ART AWARD” along with updated series of seminars for special events all of which will sure be captivating for both new/old art lovers.

With great participation from galleries and a fully dedicated team, YAT is able to bring in record breaking results year over year. In 2014, the 6th annual YAT had an incredible 76 international galleries participating from Japan, Singapore, China, Europe and local art galleries and a collective sales of 682 magnificent art pieces.
